10 deadlift, 225/155 lb.
Rest 5 minutes then 3 rounds for time of:
10 deadlifts, 255/155 lb.
15 pull-ups
20 wall-ball shots, 20/14 lb. ball

Charter member Jay Snead has now been training with us for 5 years!!!  Jay has always brought a positive attitude to training and a willingness to learn new techniques.  He always encourages other athletes to believe in themselves and leads by example.  A big part of Jay’s strength comes from his family unit, and the Snead’s as a family unit is inspirational to say the least.  Congratulations Jay on your continued improvement and success!
