Partner WOD
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
50 bench press, 135/95 lb.
50 strict pull-ups

Note:  Partners split reps however desired.  Record rounds/reps to log.

BootCamp
20 Min Partner WOD
Row 400 meters
AMRAP of:
10 push-ups
15 sit-ups
20 alt kettlebell swings

Note:  While partner A rows 400 meters, partner B completes as many rounds as possible until partner A completes 400m, then partners switch.
