12 sit-ups
12 deadlift, 185/125 lb.
12 burpees to bar

Boot Camp
Partners complete as many rounds in 20 minutes 
300 meter row
7 toes-to-bar
7 handstand push-ups
7 kettlebell sumo deadlift high-pull
*Partner A rows 300 meters while partner B completes as many rounds as possible
