to help you achieve a fit lifestyle!

CrossFit Classes
Group CrossFit classes are lead by a CFYV certified trainer.  Each 60 minute class consists of a warm up, mobility, skill/strength focus, and Workout Of the Day in a safe, fun, motivating atmosphere. 

CrossFit On Ramp
CrossFit OnRamp is designed for the beginner Crossfitter.  A CFYV certified trainer will teach you the 9 Foundational Movements and how to perform them safely and effectively. It helps you get comfortable and integrated with the classes, CF lingo, and our awesome community.

CrossFit “BootCamp” *POPULAR CLASS
CrossFit Unloaded Classes are high intensity workouts without the barbell movements,consisting of strength and conditioning exercises scaled to fit any level athlete.  Classes are led by a CFYV certified trainer. This class is fun and motivating, with powerful results!


CrossFit Competitor’s Edge
Top athletes in this sport of fitness have Strength, Skills and Conditioning. Your goal is to be improving all three at the same time – every month, every week, every day. Our programming focuses on the  5-tools in the sport; strength, conditioning, skills, mobility and the mental strength to compete at anything, anywhere at any level.

CrossFit Teens & Kids
CFYV Teens is a strength and conditioning program designed for  teenagers 13-17. Each class is lead by a background-checked, CrossFit Kids certified trainer. Workouts focus on CrossFit’s 9 Foundational Movements and competition preparation. 


Kettlebell Bootcamp
Kettlebell Bootcamp introduces basic kettlebell movements to be mastered and increased overtime as the body acquires muscle memory.  Gain advantage and mix up your routine with a fun, challenging kettlebell workout!

Yoga is an excellent compliment to your CrossFit traiing. Focus on stretching and lengthening muscles, flexibility, breathing, and poses. Bring a yoga mat. Open to current CFYV members and $5 drop in rate for non-members.  Everyone is welcome!
