WOD 1:

Run 1.5 mile
50 Burpees
Run 1.5 mile

WOD 2:

50 Double Unders
50 Sit-ups
40 Double Unders
40 Sit-ups
30 Double Unders
30 Sit-ups
20 Double Unders
20 Sit-ups
10 Double Unders
10 Sit-ups

WOD 3:

100 Burpees for time

WOD 4:

100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats
Note:  If you have no acces to pull-up bar then start with push-ups.

WOD 5:

400 Meters of walking Lunges

WOD 6:

Run 5K

WOD 7:

Four rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
50 Squats

WOD 8:

Three rounds for time of:
50 Squats
50 Sit-ups
Run 400 meters

WOD 9:

100 Thrusters for time.
95 lbs. or find heavy object for thrusters.

WOD 10:

Four rounds of:
Run 800 meters
Rest 2:00 between sets.

Note: These WODs are not to be done in order.  Pick one, and give 110% effort.
